For very small parcels and envelopes we use ordinary mail while for very big packages the express courier can change from GLS. For specific requests, doubts or any kind of questions about shipping terms, please contact us before bidding or closing the auctions &#8220;buy now&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Tracking number is not always available, in particular when small items are sent by ordinary mail. If you need to have a tracked shipment on small items, please, ask us BEFORE buying.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping cost is offered in the greatest part of our auctions. For that reason we don\u2019t grant discounts on multiple purchases.<\/p>\n<p>Due to Customs Restrictions, shipments to US are not available at the moment. The head office is not a shop anyway.
